Mountains
| July is the height of the climbing season in the Cordillera Blanca
mountains in Peru. David had planned to try and climb in the mountains
in July with a combined trip of 5 day trek then the ascent of 6000m peak
then finally an attempt at the biggest mountain in Peru, Huascaran, at 6800m.
The trek and first climb were successfully completed but the climb of
Huascaran was not due to David's returning to the UK for the funeral of
his Father.

| Cathy decided to go to Brazil with her friend Rosa whilst the David
was away in the mountains to visit the Iguazu Falls and Rio de Janiero.
